How to Reserve Your Spot

To send interest, complete the interest from below.

To confirm your space on this safari, the following payment schedule applies:

• Deposit: 20% of the total trip cost
  Due by August 14, 2026

• Final Payment: Due June 26, 2027

Space is limited, and reservations are confirmed only once the deposit is received.

Payment amounts are based on the final confirmed itinerary. Additional options, such as the Zanzibar extension or optional activities, will be added to your final balance.

Important Notes

• Prices are based on tariffs, taxes, and exchange rates in effect at the time of publication.

• African Travel reserves the right to adjust pricing due to changes in park fees, taxes, tariffs, or exchange rates.

• Transportation in Tanzania is provided in a 6-passenger safari 4x4 cruiser.

• The group will be hosted locally and accompanied by a qualified, registered, English-speaking guide/driver on all transfers, touring, and game drives.

• Luggage restrictions:

  • Maximum weight: 15 kg (33 lbs) per person

  • Soft-sided luggage or duffels required

  • Hard-sided suitcases larger than 24” x 17” x 7” cannot be accommodated

Travel Protection (Required)

Travel insurance costs vary by traveler. I’m happy to price coverage for you, or you may use a comparison site such as Squaremouth. The tour operator requires coverage meeting at least the following minimums (higher coverage is strongly recommended):

• Trip Interruption: Cost of the trip (excluding air)

• Trip Delay: $150 per day, $750 total per person

• Emergency Evacuation & Repatriation: $100,000 per person

• Medical Expense: $25,000 per person

There may also be an additional in-country destination coverage required, estimated at $50 per person (pending confirmation).

Flights

International flight pricing varies by departure city, class of service, and the general chaos of airline pricing. I will make flight recommendations once departure cities are confirmed.
