My family recently returned from a trip to Playa Del Carmen in Mexico. Nicole planned an amazing trip for our family of five (two parents and three young adult kids). She took into account our preferences and curated a fantastic itinerary of activities for our week in paradise. Additionally, she provided an extensive list of possible amusements should we find ourselves with down time. She was very communicative and professional, thinking of things we hadn't thought of and making sure we were clear on all the details of our trip.
